Ministry Workers Appreciation Dinner UPDATE:
Dinner is on! The snowy church lot is being cleared and salted and the roads are melting nicely. Meet in the main auditorium at 5pm then we will all go to dinner in the fellowship hall together after our meeting. Looking forward to seeing you there. FYI: the evening should end around 7-730pm so you will have plenty of time to get home.
3M (Making Your Marriage More) Weekend
This year VBC will be having our second annual 3M Weekend. 3M stands for “Making Your Marriage More.’ It will be kicked off by our 3M Couples dinner, for married couples, at Hoss’s in Hanover on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 at 6pm. This a time to get around other couples from Victory and have some fun as well as hear a practical message on making our marriages and families more for the cause of Christ.
Then on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, VBC will be having our 3M Family Sunday during our 10:30am service. This service will be a good time to invite family and loved ones that do not normally attend Victory. This service will be focused on the family and being a family that loves and serves God together.
Hope you will be as faithful and as involved as you possibly can to these events as we strive to build strong families who love and serve the Lord together.
Family Fun Night
On January 28th, 2012 at 6pm we will be having our Victory “Family Fun Night” Come on out and enjoy a good time of fellowship, food and fun. There will be all types of games for individuals and families to join in as well as good food and encouragement from being around other Christians. Everyone is welcomed. So come spend a cold winter’s evening laughing and having a good time with your church family here at VBC.
Vision Night 2012
BIBLE Scouts December 27th 8am
The Jr. Boys BIBLE Scouts ministry will be going to Hamburg PA on Tuesday, December 27th to spend the day at the Cabela’s Store. We will leave the church at 8am and return around 5pm. They will need money for food and gifts, see me or Bro. Tony for more details.

UPDATE: Harvest Day Service
We will be having our 10:30am Harvest Day service and afternoon activities, however we will NOT be having our 9:30am Sunday School hour. The weather channel predicts Sunday to be sunny and 42 degrees, looks like our day will be good after all, hope to see you there if you are able.
“Bringing in the Harvest Day” Still on Schedule
Despite the wintry weather, “Bringing in the Harvest Day” at Victory Baptist Church is still on schedule for tomorrow. Don’t forget to let your guest know. Be praying for the Lord to do a work in the hearts of those who may attending tomorrow that are not saved and we will look forward to seeing you at 9:30am for Sunday School and 10:30am for Preaching Service.
